The Leverless Tiltback Tire Changer Built for the Performance and Low-Profile Wheel Shop The Tuxedo TC-1300 is a top-of-the-line tiltback press-arm tire changer with a leverless demount tool. This is the machine for a shop that mounts low-profile performance tires, run-flats, oversized truck tires and expensive alloy or forged wheels every day, and wants to eliminate the tire iron entirely. The leverless demount tool is the headline feature. No tire iron ever touches the wheel, so there is no risk of nicking a rim edge or scratching a matte-black finish. The tiltback column tilts out of the way to load and unload, leaving ample room for the operator, and the three-function assist arm gives you the leverage to walk stiff low-profile sidewalls off the rim without a fight. A pneumatic locking hex shaft holds the demount head rock-solid. Powerful dual bead-blaster jets are built into all four clamps for consistent bead seating on the toughest tires.
