It is a 6,000 lb two post parking lift that raises one vehicle on a platform so a second parks underneath, doubling capacity in the same footprint. Rise range is 4.1" to 80.7" on a 87.5" deep platform , with chain driven equalization keeping the platform level through the travel. Two things make it unusually easy to live with. It runs on 110V single phase , which means a standard household circuit rather than an electrician trip and a 240V run. And it uses a shared post design , so units installed in a row share a middle column. Each one stays individually powered and operates on its own, but the row costs less in both footprint and money than standalone units would. Ceiling height decides this one.
