Older buildings, converted units, strip-mall bays with a low deck above, home garages with a bonus room on top. The capacity you need exists, the money exists, and the ceiling says no. It is a floorplate lift , which means the equalization runs through a plate on the floor instead of an overhead bar, and the whole lift stands just 114.0" .
